Skinpak™
This SBS board is uncoated on either side. After printing, a specific heat-seal coating is required to be applied over the printing, allowing the stretch film to adhere to the board around the product (this gives a shrink-wrapped appearance).
Essentially a standard C1S SBS with a heavy matte-coated backside, this board requires a heat-seal coating to be applied to the backside after printing the top with conventional offset inks. This enables the board to be folded and heat-sealed back to back. In this case, the rigid bubble containing the product is "trapped" between the folded over card.
Patriot Paper® (C1S & C2S)
Patriot Paper® is being manufactured specifically for our packaging board manufactures by one of the finest domestic mills, complete with a 100% manufacturer's guarantee to ensure the highest quality and consistency. Patriot Paper® caliper ranges has been expanded to include C2S heavyweight calipers above .020 that are not pasted, but instead a solid bleached sulphate with identical coating finishes on the top and backsides.
